These terms apply to purchases from Mike Howard, operating as mph PHOTOGRAPHY ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

Products and orders
Each artwork is produced to order as described on the product page, including size, framing and edition details. An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. Prices include the product as described; delivery charges are shown at checkout.

Payment
Payment is taken at checkout via our payment processor. If payment fails or is reversed, we may cancel the order.

Delivery
Orders are produced and dispatched by our production partner with tracked delivery. Estimated timings shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.

Returns and faults
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you. Because each piece is produced to order, we cannot otherwise accept returns of correctly supplied items, except where consumer law gives you the right to cancel.
